Online Complaint

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Right to Information Act 2013, was passed by the provincial legislature with the objective to ensure the access of citizens to information in government departments and thus create a transparent and corruption free environment conducive for the growth of democracy. i-e. Government of the people, by the people and for the people.

Instructions

  1. Before filing a Complaint to the KPIC, the citizen’s must submit a request for Information to the concerned public body.
  2. If information is not provided within 10 working days then the citizens can file a complaint with the KPIC.
  3. The Online Complaint must be accompanied by the copy of the Information Request, Receipt and CNIC.

  1. خیبر پختونخوا کے RTI قانون کے مطابق شہری  KPIC کو شکایت سے پہلے سرکاری محکمے کو انفارمیشن ریکویسٹ یعنی معلومات کی درخواست کرنی ہوگی۔
  2. اگر شہری کو 10 دنوں کے اندردرخواست کا جواب یا معلومات فراہم نہ کی جائیں تو آپ KPIC میں شکایت جمع کروا سکتے ہیں۔
  3.   آن لائن کمپلینٹ کے ساتھ معلومات کی درخواست, رسید اور CNIC کا ہونا لازمی ہے۔
